At Pune Appliance Repair, we aim to provide reliable and transparent appliance repair services. Please read this Service & Refund Policy carefully before booking a service.
1. Service Policy
Pune Appliance Repair provides independent, out-of-warranty appliance repair services.
We are not an authorized service center for any appliance brand or manufacturer.
Services are performed based on appliance condition, technical feasibility, and spare part availability.
Diagnosis and inspection charges may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
2. Service Charges
Service visit or inspection charges are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched or has visited the location.
Repair costs will be informed after inspection and before proceeding with the repair.
Additional charges may apply if extra work or spare parts are required.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of appliance repair services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Appliance repair is unsuccessful due to underlying or pre-existing issues.
Customer declines repair after diagnosis.
Delay or inability to repair due to non-availability of spare parts.
Appliance performance issues arising after service due to age, wear, or misuse.
4. Eligible Refund Cases (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
Duplicate payment made by the customer.
Service cancelled by IG Service Solution before technician dispatch.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request before technician dispatch without any charge.
Cancellations after technician dispatch may attract a service visit fee.
6. No Warranty Disclaimer
All services are strictly out-of-warranty.
We do not guarantee appliance lifespan, performance, or future functionality after repair.
Any warranty, if provided, will be limited and specifically communicated in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
IG Service Solution shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses.
Damage caused due to pre-existing appliance conditions.
Loss resulting from appliance failure after service.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Service & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
